Snitzepeg scored an upset in the second at Flemington on Turnbull Stakes Day Trainer Darren Weir , who later saddles-up Humidor against Winx in the Turnbull Stakes field , enjoyed a win in the second with three-year-old Snitzepeg getting an upset black-type victory.

After being eased out by jockey Dean Yendall three deep approaching the straight, Snitzepeg hit the lead with m to go and on the line had a half-length to spare over the previously undefeated Bravo Tango.
