How do egg tumblers work

Ok cool does anyone sell any? Some of the eggs are looking like they could possibly be infertile pale colour to start with. Just used a spare feeding tube and some mesh and an air line. I guess its just how you adjust the air? I havent experienced a lot of diff tumblers so i cant see how much of a difference they all make.
